I used to work out 3-4 times per week inconsistently because I didn’t have a plan.  I didn’t research anything and didn’t really have the motivation. After beginning to train with Dee all of that changed. I have been working out 5-6 days a week consistently for the past 3 years. She customized plans that were direct to my goals, helped encourage body positivity, and made me fall in love with the gym. I’m now confident in my workouts and my form all because of her help. The results were quick to follow. Thank you for everything Dee!
